Error 99

We got a new camera last week, because our Canon Rebel that was about 2 years old started giving us a message that said, "Error 99". No web site or Canon customer service representative seemed to know how to fix it, so they told us to send it in for them to take a look at it. Come to find out, for them to just open the camera to see what the issue is costs $300. So, we decided this would be a good excuse to just upgrade to the Canon 50D. We got out the other day and went to the Parowan Gap to try it out, and I am in love! The aperture goes all the way down to 1.8 on the lens we got, so the depth of field is crazy! Can't wait 'til this semester is over so I have a few days to get to know the new camera even better :o)
