My sister Lindsey and my mom came over today for an afternoon of crafting. I made some Christmas garland (got inspired from this), and finally made the advent calendar I have been wanting to make for the past two years. Lindsey got me everything I needed to make it; all I had to do was cut out the paper and glue it on. Now I need to fill each little drawer with a fun thing to do each day in December with my little family: putting up the Christmas tree, seeing Temple Square, driving around looking at lights, bringing treats to neighbors… it's only November 3rd and I can hardly wait!
