First-time campers in Bear Lake! We collected shells, ate raspberry shakes (both nights), swam, jet skied, panned for gold, kayaked, tried to get Benny and Andie to take naps multiple times with no success, rode bikes, and watched Ben bury his head in the sand over and over again. We ended the weekend with a beautiful but looooong drive home late at night in traffic and a lightning storm for the books.
Multiple times I thought this is so not worth it with a baby and a two year old!... but the pictures are good at reminding me why it is ALWAYS worth it. (But next time hopefully it won't take me three hours to get Benny to fall asleep in a very hot and very small tent.)
