Another post about Cohen. Surprise, surprise.
It seems my life revolves around him more than ever lately, and it gets more entertaining by the day. I had to post about a new thing he has started; I laugh out loud every time he does it.
When he is doing something he knows he isn't suppose to be doing, he yells nnnnnnnooooooooooooo right before he does it. It is very convenient for me to know when he is just about to get into trouble.
For instance, getting his clothes out of his drawers and throwing them in the kitchen garbage can is one of his new favorite things to do. Sometimes it's not a big deal and I just fish them out and put them away, but other times, if I have just cleaned out the fridge of all the old leftovers that are no longer edible, it is a big deal. Lucky for me, now he will yell nnnnnoooooooo on his way from his bedroom to the garbage can. I can stop him halfway and tell him to put the clothes back in his room, and he does.
He also loves to throw his food everywhere when he decides he is done eating a meal. We have carpet in our dining area, so he knows I don't like it when I have to scrub it after every meal. Again, lucky for me, he gives himself away right before the throwing starts. He gets a handfull of food and yells no, and I quickly clean him up and get him down before he has a chance to drop or toss anything anywhere.
And last, but not least, toilet paper. He loves toilet paper - mostly just unrolling it all over the floor. I re-roll the toilet paper roll sometimes twice a day . But now, I hear his warning call and can catch him before one sheet of toilet paper hits the ground. A lot of the time he gets quite startled when I come charging in to stop him from whatever he knows he shouldn't be doing, and has a look of complete surprise that I found him out before the crime has even been committed. Poor thing has no clue that it is him giving himself away every time. And I'd like to keep it that way. For a really long time.

So funny. I wish I could see all these things firsthand, but I'm glad you're such a good photographer.
