TGIM

Anyone else feel this way?

For me, the day I look forward to is Monday (TGIF TGIM!).  Don't get me wrong, I love spending Saturday and Sunday with my little family.  Really, I do.  But it always seems so hectic by Sunday afternoon I feel like I'm ready for my weekday routine again.  When Monday comes around I have time to catch up on laundry, clean my house without two boys right behind me making messes again, and Cohen gets his usual naps which means he's much more enjoyable to be around.

This weekend will be a little different though, because it's General Conference.  Hallelujah.  I get spiritual enlightenment from the comfort of my own couch, while we're all still in our pajamas most likely, and I don't have to stress all day about how Cohen is going to act in sacrament meeting.  Or if he'll get a nap in before we have to go.  Or if he'll scream the whole time in nursery at anyone who comes within a 3-foot radius of him.

I'm petitioning to changing Conference to a monthly event instead of twice a year.  Who's with me?!
